day speeds and night speeds suck....
i got ticketed for that on the way to houston once...it was like 60 at night and 70 during the day, but i had it on cruise the whole time and between day and night....i never changed it, so i got pulled over and ticketed for doing like 75 or 78 in a 60....i was ticked, but i got out of it all and it never showed up on my insurance

We have the same speeds no matter what time of day it is..
Only the gay states have different night speed limits.
Arkansas is the same day or night.
And they are lower because of reduced visibilty, not because people drive crazier at night.
